Paper based inspection Report #F233127: Hand washing facility was adequately maintained. Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm. Walk-in cooler temp. was between 2-4 deg C. Walk-in freezer temp. was between -18 to -20 deg C. Prep line coolers - ambient temp. 3-4 deg C. -Food in inserts (~3 deg C internal temp.). Temperature log was available and up to date. Food and food-related items were stored off the floor. Floors, walls and equipment were clean. No signs of pests were observed. Washrooms were in sanitary condition. Staff was observed washing hands and changing gloves.
