Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed ice machine with mould growing where the water drips off onto the ice below.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to discard all ice as they are now contaminated. Turn off the ice machine, clean and sanitize using bleach sanitizer prior to re-using the machine. Operator started to empty out the ice and clean at the time of inspection

Observation: Observed a few rodent droppings in the corners of storage area. Unable able to confirm if the droppings are old.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to wet droppings with bleach sanitizer prior to cleaning it. Once removed, clean and sanitize the area. Regular and frequent cleaning is required for sanitary and monitoring purposes.

Observation: Observed grease and food debris accumulation in a few places:
-A few spots behind and below cooking equipment
-Near the grease trap under the mechanical dishwasher
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to clean and sanitize the area. Regular cleaning is needed especially under the dishwasher.
