Observation: Mice droppings found in the dry storage room (very back area on the shelves and on the floor (behind boxes)); in staff washrooms; around the dough mixer on the wooden platform and behind it on the floor; & in storage shelves (a counter top with the hand washing sink).
Corrective Action(s): Today. Start cleaning again. A Pest Service must be on site (traps must be set). A report must be presented to the area inspector.

Correction: Immediately. Remove all boxes. The handwashing sink must be available all the time.

Observation: Food debris & grease on equipment, food contact surfaces, & utensils.
Correction: All dirty equipment & utensils must be cleaned and sanitized. Storage must be organized; and all equipment and utensils must be stored in a sanitary manner.
Comments

Some cleaning has been done.
A space under the kitchen hand washing sink is well organize and clean.

Friendly reminder:
- Food debris and grease provide a food source for rodent. Clean more the entire kitchen to remove food debris and droppings.
- All food items must be stored in food grade pest proof containers with lids.
- Ensure, that nothing in the kitchen handwashing sink (it was a red tray in the handwashing sink at the time of inspection).
