Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted at the time of inspection.:

Walk-in cooler for raw chicken at less than 4C. Walk in freezer section at -14 degrees C.
Secondary walk-in cooler at 4C.
3 compartment sink setup properly. Sanitizer compartment was filled with a 200ppm quats solution.
Quats dispenser at 200ppm.
No evidence of pests at time of inspection.
Temperature logs available.
Front and back hand washing stations satisfactory.

KFC side:
Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Hot holding case for chicken products at least 60C internally.
Upright freezer at -10C. Monitor and ensure -18 degrees C or less.

Taco Bell side is no longer in operation.

No structural changes were made and no equipment were removed. Operator needs to complete a new Application for Health Approval for name change and a new health permit will need to be issued. Complete the attached application form and submit a copy to the Surrey Health Protection office.
