Do not overstock space available below heat lamp as food items will not remain 60 C. All food items within inserts are to be directly beneath heat lamp.

Food items / food containers are to be stored off the floor. Foods should be placed on shelves that provide 6” clearance from the floor.

Food delivery schedule is to be increased to more frequent, smaller deliveries.
