Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1)Warm barbecued eel was left on counter, 24 degrees Celsius. Discarded.
2) Cooked tempura yam was left on counter. No time tracking. Keep cold or hot.

Dishwasher was very hot; 79.6 degrees Celsius at plate level.
Overall sanitation was quite good.
All fridges were less than 4 degrees Celsius.
Hand sinks were stocked, all except the leaky ones were working properly.
