Operator reported Plumber has been working on secondary washroom and may have turned off the water.)

Comments

Hot and cold running water are now available at the sink in the washroom. A new cover is in place over light bulbs in the kitchen. Cleaning has been completed to remove droppings. Operator reported she has not noticed any further activity. Continue to monitor. Cleanliness of the floor has improved since the previous inspection.
