Observation: 1. Found meat slicer to have grease and food debris accumulating in harder areas to clean.
2. Ice machine has a build up of mildew on inside and sticky syrup like substance on lip
Corrective Action(s): 1. Meat slicer must be washed and sanitized before using to removal all food debris and grease build up. Fully break down the unit after each use to properly remove all food and grease when washing and sanitizing.
2. Ice machine needs to be washed and sanitized inside and out to remove all mildew and sticky substances.

Observation: 1. Found door to walk in cooler has not been repaired or replaced since last inspection. Still damaged and does not properly seal.
2. Found glass ready to be served to customer with crack in it.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure door on walk in cooler is repaired or replaced so it can properly close tightly to maintain 4 C or less.
2. Ensure all glass ware is in good condition before serving to the customer (Corrected during inspection)

- Freezers were - 10 or colder
- hot holding was 60 C
- Hand sinks had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water.
- Spray bottles had 200 ppm chlorine
- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 100 ppm chlorine
- small fruit fly infestation especially around orange juicer. Ecolab is on site couple times a week to assist.
- Overall sanitation is satisfactory.
