-both sliding door cooler door handles (front of house and back of house) found to be broken/cracked and repaired with duct tape
-walk-in cooler's floor is severely rusted and pitted
Corrective Action(s): Repair the above noted issues. Duct tape is not a smooth, non-absorbent, and easy to clean surface and not permitted for use to repair equipment.

=Soup hot holding (80C), gravy hot holding (66C) measured > 60 degrees C
=High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 81.4 C at the dish surface (minimum 71 C required for proper sanitizing)
=Wiping cloths stored in QUATS sanitizer solution at 200 ppm QUATS and available in spray bottles
=General sanitation was satisfactory at the time of inspection, general food storage practices satisfactory at the time of inspection
=No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection. =Ice machine maintained in a sanitary manner
