Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): QUATs sanitizer in spray bottle measured at 0 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Refilled the sanitizer, ensure that the concentration achieved 200 ppm. Instructed the manager to re-sanitize all food contact surfaces with the proper concentration of sanitizer.

General:
- Hand washing sinks equipped with hot/cold running water, paper towel, and liquid soap.
- All refrigeration units temperature measured at less than 4C.
- All freezers measured at less than -18C.
- Low temperature dishwasher measured 100 ppm at plate surface
- Food products were all time stamped, and used within their expiry period.
- General sanitation is satisfactory, no sign of pest noted during inspection.
- Pest control company visit every month, records available to review on-site.
- Staff on-site was FoodSafe certified.
- QUATs sanitizer on dispenser measured 400 ppm.
