Sandwich cooler has been repaired on Wednesday April 10, 2019. Left side read 2.1C and right side read -1.1C. A bluetooth device has also been installed to monitor the fridge temperature. Good idea to ask to view the log and monitor activity. ***Correction Order rescinded. You may resume using this unit. Please continue to check and record temperature twice daily. -> Please e-mail me the technician's service report. Floor cleaning has been completed. Chlorine test strips onsite and in use Pending: - ceiling light ordered and to be reinstalled above dishpit - Quats test strips to come in - Manager to take Foodsafe or equivalent and e-mail me a copy of the certificate - current Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan does not meet Food Premises Regulation and requires update. Please confirm if you are able to adopt copy from headoffice or submit your own FSP/SP. - shelving space behind espresso machine still needs to be replaced, please do so asap as counter space is lacking. - Remember to submit Hats Off Day application as discussed by May 1, 2019.
