Discussed: monitoring temperatures of metal inserts that are freezing up; keeping an eye on the inserts closest to the ovens. - Hand sinks were equipped with liquid soap and paper towels. - Sanitizer was available to use. **Ensure that paper towels and sanitizer bottles are ready for use at the start of every shift. - No signs of pest infestation. **Some build-up of dirt under oven. Please clean as required.
