Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating at 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C. - Temperature monitoring system in place. - High temperature dishwasher achieved 71.3'C at the plate level after final rinse. - 200ppm chlorine solution available in labelled spray bottles. - Food storage practice satisfactory throughout. - Professional pest control company contracted.
