General: Handsinks: soap, paper towel, hot & cold running water available Reach in cooler: 4C Undercounter cooler: 3C Hot holding units (turkey, mashed potatoes, rice etc.): 65 to 70C Salad cooler: <4C Pop cooler: 5C Turkey being baked in oven at time of inspection Probe thermometer available and operator onsite was able to determine proper cooking and hot holding temperatures; alcohol swabs in use as well Bleach sanitizer in front and back are both 100ppm Test strips onsite but has just expired (JAN 2019), please replace them Dry storage room cooler X2: <4C Freezers X3: -10 to -14C No apparent signs of pest at time of inspection, pest control reports reviewed Foodsafe renewed and Operating Permit posted ***Operator inquired about opening a food processing facility in Vancouver location. Please provide an address to be directed to the proper VCH inspector. Note: discussed changing steel wool as some pieces are falling apart again - to prevent from falling into food.
