Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two plastic totes were placed on top of the kitchen handwashing sink, blocking the access.
Corrective Action(s): Directed staff to relocate the totes. Remember not to block handwashing sinks at all times.

Hot holding units (turkey, mashed potatoes, rice etc.): 65 to 70C
Salad cooler: <4C

Turkey being baked in oven at time of inspection
Probe thermometer available and operator onsite was able to determine proper cooking and hot holding temperatures; alcohol swabs in use as well
Bleach sanitizer in front and back are both 100ppm
Test strips onsite but has just expired (JAN 2019), please replace them
Dry storage room cooler X2: <4C
Freezers X3: -10 to -14C
No apparent signs of pest at time of inspection, pest control reports reviewed
