Distribution within BC only at this time. - Warehouse and store organized with food stored off of the floor. - Portioning/packaging area maintained in sanitary condition. Limited portioning/packaging for store. - Hot and cold running water supplied to 2 compartment sink. Liquid soap and paper towel present for handwashing - Staff washroom supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel present. - Chest freezer (store) -20C - Chest freezer (warehouse) -20C - Walk-in cooler not turned on at the time of the inspection. No potentially hazardous foods present. - No signs of pest infestation at time of the inspection. *Ensure all products are properly labelled. Koji present (stored in freezer) without labels supplied by Amano Foods in Richmond. Obtain labels from supplier.
