Comments

General sanitation is satisfactory
Hot and cold running water was available
Liquid soap and paper towel present at front handwashing station.
All coolers were <4C. Thermometers present for monitoring temperatures of coolers
Freezers were functioning
Bleach was present for sanitizing food contact surfaces and dishes. Reviewed dishwashing procedures with Operator - wash, rinse, sanitize, air dry. Because premises only has a 2 compartment sink, after washing and rinsing dishes, one compartment must be drained and then re-filled with bleach/water solution (100ppm Chlorine) for the sanitizing step.
Sanitizer solution (200ppm chlorine) present in spray bottle
