Observation: * Ceiling tile in kitchen above food prep area/ice machine was still missing since last inspection. Supervisor was told to replace it last inspection and still not done. This is concern for contamintion from ceiling above onto food being prepared below
Corrective Action(s): * Install ceiling tile above food prep area/ice machine where missing and ensure all ceilng tiles maintained and in place (even during repairs)

Observation: * Build up of grime/debris still found on floors in some areas behind/between food equipment and baseboards which is unsanitary. This has been discussed at previous inspections and requires immediate cleaning/maintenance attention to maintain sanitary conditions
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all areas properly cleaned and maintained in kitchen and coffee servery areas to maintain sanitary conditions
