Follow-up inspection completed for inspection report# KLAI-CEDRAS No dirty utensils stored in the clean utensil bins. All cleaned food contact utensils were noted stored clean during the inspection. Light shields currently on order. Back order. Expected to arrive in the next few months. 400 PPM QUAT detected in 2 of the QUAT sanitizer spray bottles. 1 sanitizer spray bottle was noted with over 400 PPM QUAT - operator diluted this bottle during the inspection. Floor tiles by the dishwashing area repaired. Thank you for acting on all the noted violations during the last routine inspection.
