On the inspection date of February 3, 2022, there were 17 children and 3 staff present. At this inspection, above noted contravention was identified. The Licensee is required to address the contravention noted to bring the facility into compliance and submit your written response to Licensing by below date.
This report as reviewed and discussed with the manager onsite. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool was completed. This inspection and the risk assessment were written off site and a copy was provided to the facility via email on Feb 4, 2022, therefore no signature is attached.
LO provided the following education/ had discussion with the Manager:
- Response to Covid-19: In event the facility is closed due to staff shortage, i.e. unable to maintain staff:child ratio, submit a Reportable Incident to Licensing
- Care Plan & Medication: The manager was made aware of children's care plan review date and medication expiry date
- Active Supervision ( see attached bulletin)
