Code 306 corrected - cooking area has been cleaned as well as ceiling tiles and light covers. Walk-in freezer has been organized and new caulking done on the dishwashing area drain board walls. Cleanliness of premises has been improved. Continue with the regular cleaning and follow the Sanitation Plan. -Top shelf over the cooking area where plates are stored need to be washed and sanitized as there is grease build up.
