Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The dining area sanitizer bucket was detected for 0 ppm sanitizer. Operator informs me windex is used instead.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all sanitizer buckets for disinfecting food contact surfaces have at least 100 ppm chlorine or 200 ppm quats. Windex is cannot be used as a disinfectant.

Dishwasher final rinse cycle at 100 ppm chlorine at the plate.
Kitchen sanitizer bucket at 200 ppm chlorine.
Food protected from contamination. Food storage is satisfactory.
Equipment in working order.
Hand sinks have liquid soap paper, paper towels and running water.
Cooler 1 top -20C ice, bottom cake 4C, chest freezer -12C meats
Pop cooler at 5C nonperishable only, front display cooler 4C,
2 door cooler humus 3.6C humus, -16C fries,
2 compartment white cooler diced onions at 4C and frozen perogies- 13C,
2 chest freezers at or below -13C yams and perogies.
Temperature monitoring in place for all units. Chemical test strips in use for sanitizers.
Recommend keeping logs up to date daily.
