- Kiosk and storage room/area (back of store) were maintained in sanitary condition. All food products were stored off of the floor. - Handsink was supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - Three compartment sink set up for manual warewashing. Sanitizer solution measured 200ppm quats. Quats test strips present. - Clean dishes stored in a sanitary manner - In use pitchers are washed and sanitized every 2 hours - Ice machine appeared clean and maintained. - In use wiping cloths kept in sanitizer solution. Concentration: 200ppm quats - Single door undercounter cooler 3C - 2 door under counter cooler 3C - Temperatures of cold holding unit are checked and recorded twice daily - No evidence of pest infestation noted at time of inspection Note: Extra dairy products are stored in dairy walk-in cooler and extra frozen products (pastries) are stored in the deli walk-in freezer.
