Hot and cold water available with liquid soap, paper towels and running water at hand sinks. 3 compartment sink in use with chlorine sanitizer or attitude Thyme kitchen food grade disinfectant DIN 2504405. Display cooler and walk in cooler below 4C. Food stored at least 15 cm above floor. Food samples are sanitary in single use containers. Staff washroom is sanitary with fully stocked hand sink. Only cleaners stored in washroom. Facility in compliance.
