Food warehouse - bulk, prepackaged foods only Walk-in cooler was below 4 deg C. Walk-in freezers were at -18 deg C or colder. All other food items non-potentially hazardous foods. Pest control monitoring in place. Coolers cleaned twice a week and stock rotated. All damaged food (moldy cheese, damaged cans, etc. - returned to supplier). Washrooms provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Delivery truck not on-site at time of inspection. Other truck was in the shop.
