Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. All coolers measured at 4C or less. All freezers at adequate temperature. General food storage practice is adequate (covered and labelled). High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 74.1C at the plate level. QUATs sanitizers at 200 ppm. Pails changed every 15 minutes. No issues with additional storage space. Routine pest control service in place. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Ice machine in sanitary condition. No other issues noted at this time.
