Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The sandwich cooler on the prep line had an ambient temperature of 14 C and an internal food temperature ranging from 13- 15 C.
Corrective Action(s): The following foods were discarded: one container of chopped tomatoes, four beyond meat patties, a partially empty container of rice, 12 portions of mac and cheese, 12 portions of mashed potatoes, one container of mixed veggies, one container of coleslaw and one container of couscous.

Temperature records and chicken cook temperatures are recorded. Some of the temperature records were not completed for today yet.
Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
The dishwasher reached 74 C at the plate level.
All coolers (except for the one mentioned above) were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Staff are FoodSafe Level 1 certified.
