Follow-up inspection to the routine conducted on November 19, 2019 (RPT#: BCUD - BJ3VK6). The follwoing was noted during the inspection: -Meat slicer was disassembled and in excellent sanitary condition. -General cleaning has been occurring on a regular basis. -Knives stored in good sanitary condition. The following will require your attention: -Lights in back-of-house to be replaced by Dec 13, 2019. -Leak underneath sink to be repaired by Dec 13, 2019. -Racks inside cooler to be pressure washed this weekend.
