Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Small knife for cutting sandwiches was observed to be washed in the handwash sink with only water.
Staff were educated on proper sanitation procedure using the 3 compartment sink, and to only use the handwash sink for washing hands.
The knife was sent back to be washed in the 3 compartment sink.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There was no means for sanitation of food contact surfaces at the time of inspection. The manager quickly began filling a bucket with sanitizer and cloth once inspector entered. The sanitizer achieved 200ppm QUATs.

Routine inspection conducted

-Permit posted in a conspicuous location
-All coolers (walk-in, prep, and soda) were at 4C
-All freezer units were below -18C. Ensure the frost in the corners are cleaned.
-All hot holding units were holding food at 60C
-3 compartment sink sanitizer achieves 200ppm QUATs
-Thermometers available
-No signs of pest activity. Pest company is scheduled bi-weekly
