Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer solution was not available at the time of inspection.
Correction: Have a bucket or a spray bottle with > 100 ppm bleach solution ( 5ml bleach + 2 1/2 L water) at all time. Preparing a bleach solution demonstrated to a staff.

Observation: Dry storage is cluter with boxes, tea, etc. Many take out containers noted on floor. Large gap ( > 7cm) noted bottom of the dry storage door.
