General comments:
*If pest problem persists, professional pest control company must be hired.
- Operator will put traps in the storage room
- 200ppm bleach (chlorine) solution present in spray bottle and used
- Manual warewashing performed correctly.
- Hand washing stations stocked with paper towels, soap, and hot/cold running water.
- Cooler temps at or below 4C; freezer temps at or below -18C (new coolers purchased)
- Foodsafe level 1 certified staff present at time of inspection.
