-Follow-up inspection to June 6, 2016. -Pizza prep cooler has been serviced. Refrigeration gas was added to the cooler unit and unit was also adjusted. Foods in the inserts were at 4C and the bottom on the cooler was at 2C. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
