Cooling units less than 4 C. Steam tables on and full of water at 68 C. No food product. Freezer units less than -18 C. Dishwasher at 73 C at plate. OK. Sanitizer - sink and surface. Source good. Measured within acceptable range. **Note: Make sure all spray bottles reflect contents. Old Oasis Quats bottles should be re-labelled. Handwash stations good. General sanitation very good at time of inspection. **Recommend adding a spray bottle of hard surface sanitizer (Sink and Surface would be fine) for bistro/bar station in dining room.
