-Screen installed over small oven. Ensure that it is sealed and that the screen is replaced so that it does not allow flies to enter the restaurant.

Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were <4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
No evidence of pests.
Bleach solution was at 100 ppm
General sanitation was satisfactory.
