Observation: Walk-in cooler was serviced. Ice blockage was removed and refrigeration gas was added. Cooler unit is still at 6C.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure cooler is serviced again and is maintained at 4C or less at all times. Technician will be on-site today to service cooler again.
