Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm.
Walk-in freezer was at -19 deg C.
Prep line coolers were at 3-4 deg C.
Line freezer was at -14 deg C.
Sandwich display cooler was at 5-6 deg C at time of inspection.
(Wraps were being made at time of visit. Constant open/close of display cooler.)
Temperature log was available and up to date.
General sanitation was good.
Washrooms were in sanitary condition.
