305 corrected - cooking area (underneath grill and floor) now cleaned of food debris and grease. Maintain kitchen area in sanitary condition by regularly cleaning off food debris and grease in the cooking area. Pest control monitoring is also in high gear. No signs of rodents noted. No new droppings, etc. Keep up with the premises' cleaning schedule. Ice machine has been cleaned and sanitized. No slime or mold residue. Thank you for your effort and cooperation.
