Observation: - Containers of cherry tomatoes were noted directly underneath paper towel dispenser by sinks. Splashing/dripping from handwashing could contaminate food product.
- Box of potatoes and container of onions stored on the floor.
Corrective Action(s): - Staff member was directed to move container of cherry tomatoes at the time of the inspection. Do not store any food items in this area.
- Store all food items on shelving 6" off of the floor. [Correction date: today]

Observation: - Splatter/dripping noted on wall behind prep surface
- Food debris noted at the bottom of black beverage air cooler
- Some grime noted on floor adjacent to the back wall where dry storage shelving is
Corrective Action(s): - Clean all areas above to remove any splatter/debris/grime. Ensure these areas are cleaned regularly as part of your cleaning schedule. [Correction date: 7-June-2019]

- General sanitation was satisfactory with the exception of areas noted in violation above
- Liquid soap and paper towel present for handwashing at kitchen sink and in staff washroom
- Coolers were operating at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder):
- Glass door cooler (kitchen) 4C
- Black beverage air unit 2C
- Prep cooler 3C
- Display cooler (right side) 4C. Note: Left side not refrigerated. No perishables stored in left side of unit.
- Glass door beverage cooler 4C
- All coolers equipped with thermometers
- Upright freezer -18C
- Chest freezer -20C
- Hot holding of potentially hazardous foods was at acceptable temperatures (60C or higher)
- cooked burgers in hot holding unit 66C
- soup in hot holding unit 67C; 73C
- Operator advised soup is cooked on stove daily and transferred to hot holding unit after cooking
- High temperature dishwasher was operational. Final rinse temperature was 73C measured at dish surface.
- Bleach sanitizer solution present in bucket for use with wiping cloths on food contact surfaces. Concentration measured 200ppm chlorine.
- No signs of pest issues noted. *Ensure floor area is kept clear to facilitate cleaning and monitoring for pest issues. Do not allow paper products (newspaper, cardboard) to accumulate as this could contribute to pest issues.
- Operator (Chunghee Park) holds valid Foodsafe level 1 certificate (valid until April 2023)
*Some sections of the flooring in the kitchen are beginning to show signs of wear. Operator will need to address this to ensure the surface is maintained in a smooth, impervious and washable condition.
