Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Time-tracking of cut onions stored at room temperature is 8 hours. Time-tracking system indicate the cut onions were stored at room temperature for 5 hours.
Corrective Action(s): Discard aforementioned item. Adjust time-tracking for cut onions to 4 hours instead of 8 hours.

Routine Inspection conducted today.
COVID-19 compliance conducted. COVID-19 Safety Plan onsite and posted. Mask policy in place. Physical distancing decals in place. Sanitizer available for customer use. Signage posted at front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter. Plexiglass barrier in place at front till. Table and chairs adequately spaced to ensure proper physical distancing. Daily health check of staff conducted and documented. NOTE: Update COVID-19 Safety Plan to indicate maximum occupancy limit.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs spray bottles and dispenser measured at 200ppm. Food-grade H2O2 available on-site.
All cold-holding and hot-holding units met temperature health requirements.
Time-tracking system in place for burger condiments.
No signs of pests observed.
Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
