Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Three compartment sink for manual ware washing did not have adequate sink/drain stoppers.
Corrective action: Ensure the 3-compartment sink has all three drain stoppers for proper wash, rinse and sanitize procedures. Additional drain stoppers obtained at time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At time of inspection, there were not staff able to provide proof of valid FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent training.
Corrective action: Ensure that at least one staff member at premises has FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent training at all times, including in absence of operator. Restaurant manager arrived during inspection and presented proof of FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent training.

Handwash sinks all equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Two door upright cooler measured less than 4C.
One door cooler measured less than 4 degrees C.
Sandwich cooler, under counter, measured less than 4 degrees C.
Above counter insert of cheese measured an internal temperature of less than 4 degrees C.
Walk-in freezer measured -18 degrees C
Hot held soups and chili were maintained at a temperature of 60 degrees C and higher.
Hot held steak and slow cooked chicken measured 60 degrees C and higher.
Quats sanitizer solution in buckets measured 200-400 ppm in all buckets and at dispenser.
Two milk dispenser temperatures measured less than 4 degrees C.
Ice machine and ice dispenser (in kitchen) were well maintained and in sanitary condition.
Under counter beverage cooler with pop and chocolate milk measured less than 4 degrees C.
No signs of pests observed.
Dry storage area well maintained. Items are stored above the ground on shelves.
Public washroom available for staff use was equipped with a hand sink that had hot and cold running water, liquid soap and air dryer.
Reviewed manual ware washing procedures with staff. Ensure sinks are filled for washing rinsing and sanitizing to adequately clean and sanitize all equipment and utensils.
Overall sanitation of premises was satisfactory.
