Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Domestic cooler at bar is measured to be 6.9oC (air temperature). Food temperature is measured to be 8.6oC. Temperature log was last done in October.
Corrective Action(s): All potentially hazardous foods in cooler discarded. Do not use cooler until adjusted or fixed.

Note:
Observed improvement in facility overall. Staff are time tracking foods that are stored at room temperature.
