- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 74.5C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
- Surface sanitizer available in designated red buclets at 200ppm QUAT concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space. All boxes and food items must be stored min 6inches (15cm) off the floor to facilitate cleaning.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. Professional pest control company implements pest control system.
- FOODSAFE certified staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.

Temperature control:
- Walk in cooler = 2C
- Prep cooler = 2C
- Upright freezer = -18C
- Beverage cooler = 3-4C
Note: Undercounter freezer was being serviced at the time of the inspection. Ensure that the temperature measures min -18C.
- Daily temperature logs kept up to date. Thermometers available in all refrigeration units.
