Undercounter cooler and foods stored inside were measured at 2-4C, display thermometer in place as well. Staffs are unsure when defrost cycle occurs, please check with technician if there is schedule or if there is something in the unit to identify that it is on defrost cycle. Potentially hazardous food should be monitored more regularly to ensure that it is in the 0-4C range, and that temperatures elevated during defrost cycle is optimal according to manufacture's instructions. Nothing stored inside ice machine. Janitorial sink area cleaned up. *Note: Exhaust hood to be serviced.
