Freezer is -18 degrees Celsius.
Liquid soap and single use towels at handsink. Put paper towel in a dispenser.
Quat sanitizer measured a 200 PPM residual in the spray bottle.
Rice and spring rolls were being hot held at 60 degrees Celsius or hotter.
Third compartment of sink contained a 100 PPM chlorine residual.
