Corrective Action(s): Control moisture underneath the dishpit. Ensure daily sanitation underneath the dishpit is done to control flies. Contract out external pest control company to help control fly issue. Corrected by: Immediately.

Observation: No staff on-site has valid FOODSAFE Level 1. THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure at least one staff must have valid FOODSAFE Level 2 within premises at all times able to present validation upon inspector's request. Retain invoice and temporary FOODSAFE LEvel 1 if necessary to present validation. Corrected by: Oct 26, 2022.

Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-CFTT98.
The following violations in report#JCHY-CFTT98 have been corrected:
-Can opener blade observed to be in sanitary condition.
-Chlorine sanitizer bucket in the kitchen and spray bottle in the front servicing area measured at 200ppm.
-Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 50ppm chlorine.
-Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running, liquid soap, and paper towels. All handwashing sinks observed to be unobstructed.
-All food observed to be covered in the walk-in cooler and preparation coolers. Walk-in cooler measured at 4C.
-Stand-up freezer at the back dry storage area observed to have ice build-up cleared and measured at -18C.
-Raw meat observed to be stored below cooked meat in the walk-in cooler.
-General sanitation underneath the cookline observed to be satisfactory. Operator informed that thorough cleaning is done bi-monthly.
-Rodent droppings have been cleared underneath and around the dishpit, stainless steel tables, water heater, and shelving units in the dry storage areas.
-Walk-in cooler latch handle as been repaired.
-Ice machine in sanitary condition. Scoop outside ice machine. No food observed to be stored inside the ice machine.

External Pest Control Company contracted out bi-monthly for rodent control.
