- 2 door cooler 1C,Prep cooler 2C, small cooler 4 oC
- Hot holding units all >60 oC
- Chest freezers are <-18 oC , ice cream freezer < -18 oC
- Sanitizer spray stocked with 100 ppm chlorine
- Dry food items stored in pest proof containers, foods in coolers are properly covered.
- General sanitation satisfactory
- No sign of pests
- Health permit posted

*High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 71 oC on dish surface after two runs, ensure temp gets to at least 180 oF before running dishware
*2 compartment sink present with sink plugs - very high legs ?? worker injury?
* Ensure to have accurate thermometers in all coolers
