Cleaning has greatly improved in the main kitchen prep area: -in the space between the oven and the wall -on floors around the dough table -In the back area by the upright cooler No more cobwebs observed. Ensure to continually maintain this thoroughly cleaning the kitchen so that food debris doesn't accumulate over time. Thank you
