Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 3 Compartment Sink back house also used for handwashing lacked liquid soap and paper towel at the time visit.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure handwash station is stocked with liquid soap, paper towel, hot/cold running water at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff washroom back of house was dirty and dirty water abandoned inside mop bucket overnight.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure above mentioned location is properly cleaned. Empty mop bucket, have bucket and mop properly cleaned & Sanitized.

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Men's washroom out of order. Flusher not working properly.
Corrective Action(s): Have flusher in men's washroom fixed to enable convenient use of facility.

This inspection done by EHO student.

- The following temperatures were measured:-
- Walkin freezer -21.0 deg.C
- Walkin Cooler 3.0 deg.C
- Prep Cooler & undercounter Cooler turned off at the time of visit. No food items therein
- QUATS Sanitizer Solution noted at 200ppm residual Concentration
- All handwash Station stocked with liquid soap, paper towel hot/cold running water except for the one listed above.
- 3 Compartment Sink available and in use for manual warewashing. Reviewed manual warewashing procedure with staff. Foodsafe certified staff available, certificate expiry date Dec. 10, 2021
- General sanitation is Good. No Sign of pest activity noted.
NOTE: - Cleaning and sanitizing of all Surfaces in premise in progress during visit.
- Ensure prep cooler and undercounter coolers is maintained at 4.0 deg.C or less before storing back food items therein
- Have pest monitoring program in place to avoid pest entrance and harbourage in premise.

COVID-19 PROTOCOL
- Covid-19 Safety plan available on site
- Plaxiglass shield noted at Customer pay point
- Social distancing floor marking noted in premise
- All kitchen staff noted with face mask
- Alcohol based hand sanitizer provided with Signage at self service stations
- High touch Surfaces disinfected every half hour using Peroxide Multi Surface Disinfectant & cleaner RTU.
- Maximum occupancy and sick warning signages issued to operator.
