Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer solution (QUATS) in the bucket (for wiping cliths) is at a concentration of 0 ppm.
Ensure that sanitizer solution (QUATS) is used and that the concentration is at 200 ppm for wiping cloths. Do not use detergent to soak.

Comments

All refrigeration unit temperatures (eg. walk in fridge, under counter fridges etc) are at 4C or less.
All freezer temperatures are less than -18C
Hot holding temperatures (eg patties) are greater than 60C.
Manual dishwashing is used. Sanitizer solution (QUATS) is available at the dispenser. The concentration is at 200 ppm
Handsinks are available and fully stocked with paper towels, soap and warm water.
Washrooms are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition. Handsink is fully stocked with soap and paper towels
Food covered and protected from contamination.
Chemicals stored away from food
Food Safe staff onsite. Ensure that at least 1 staff has Foodsafe at all times.
No signs of pests/rodents at the time of inspection
Ice machine is free of mildew.
Overall sanitation of premises is ok

Note
Handsink (closet to the cash register) does not have paper towels or soap yet. Indicated that it will be installed soon.
