Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Croissant (ham and cheese) and savoury rolls (spinach and feta) production runs 435am and 540am repsectively. Time of health inspection 1205pm. 22 ham and cheese croissants and 11 spinach and feta rolls observed still being offered for sale.
Corrective Action(s): FSP 13-1 Display Management System Log states that product is to be disposed of after 6 hours. Time limit exceeded. Above noted products discarded.

Ensure your food safety plan is followed for the room temperature display of potentially hazardous foods. Production staff to record the product and time it was removed from the oven. Sales staff to dispose of product after 6 hours.
