All coolers are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C. or colder. All freezers are maintaining foods at -18 degrees C. or colder. Wiping cloths were being stored in sanitizer with a 200 PPM quat residual. Dishwasher final rinse reached 73 degrees C. at the plate surface during the final rinse. General sanitation is overall good. Liquid soap and paper towel at handsinks. Temperature logs are being maintained. No sign of pests.
